New Summer Program Alert! 🍓🥦Around the Table is a nutrition exploration series for parents, caregivers and their children (ideal for 6 months-4 years old). We will come together to connect around the table, share food and discuss challenges and ideas for supporting our little ones with healthy eating. Offered every Tuesday between July 15 and August 19, from 1:30-3 PM, no sign up required (eligibility based on child's age).What you can expect:-Meeting other caregivers to discuss challenges and why they might be happening-Recipe brainstorms, demonstrations, and trying out food together-Popular children's food hacks and dupes (think puffs, pouches and beyond)-Garden visits and land based teachings with Elder Audrey Logan-Information and advice from a dietician-Training on choking hazards, infant first aid and cpr-and more!Any questions?
