PROVINCE RENEWS FUNDING FOR UNITED WAY WINNIPEG IN SUPPORT OF FAMILY RESOURCE CENTRES

The Manitoba government has renewed its commitment to match up to $4.5M in donations made to the United Way Winnipeg’s For Every Family initiative (FEFI) that supports 24 family resource centres and will also provide $510K towards 211 Manitoba operations, a 24-hour service that acts as a virtual family resource centre, Manitoba Families Minister Rochelle Squires announced today.

CTV featured a segment on Food Connections along with our community partner, the North Women’s Resource Centre highlighting the Food Outreach Program. Our organizations collaborate weekly to deliver a delicious meal weekly to community members in need.
