Personal Development Workshops
Workshop material is organized around themes and each session builds on previous material. In addition, workshops are designed so that participants have the opportunity to learn something from each session they attend, so that if they are unable to attend all sessions, they gain from the ones they can get to.
Workshop topics include:
- Conflict
- Emotion Awareness
- Self-Regard
- Forgiveness
- Boundaries
- Relationships
The Conquering Conflict series frames conflict as an opportunity rather than something to Fear. Emotion regulation and communication skills are explored and developed.
Being Me is a workshop series about self-perception. How we see ourselves affects how we interact with others. Being Me provides opportunities and support for building a solid sense of self.
Fine Lines is a workshop series that gently invites participants to explore some of the difficult emotions and experiences we encounter in our interaction with others. The series builds through a process of understanding, acceptance and letting go of these challenges in order to find a place of freedom.
Relationships is a workshop series about exploring who we are in relationship, how to communicate in a relationship. We work on building awareness to recognize the fact that relationships change and to explore ways to weather those changes.
Workshops include a variety of activities, presentations, reading materials, inspirational material, creative endeavors, journaling, discussion, role plays, videos, and scenarios. For further information about our workshop series or to register, please call Alescha at: 204-560-3149.
