Reflexology

Reflexology is a holistic treatment like a kind of massage which can be done on the hands or feet. It is good for relaxation, circulation and all parts of the body.

A gentler touch is used for people with heart conditions, diabetes or who are pre or post-surgery. The only caution is for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, in which case, one area of the foot is not worked on. Otherwise, there are no negative side effects. The only things one might experience are for example, extra sneezing, sweating or passing gas – all ways the body expels toxins. An average treatment lasts about half an hour.

If you are interested drop by on a Tuesday between 1-2pm. There is no registration required. There will be a sign up sheet in the Drop-in on the day of.
